• Designed a reusable async event-publishing pattern for ATS workflows (error handling and retries) that other initiatives could adopt.
• Owned a React SPA with a Backend-for-Frontend layer: local multi-service setup, hardened API contracts, and clearer failure diagnosis.
• Resolved production severity incidents and multi-hour workflow bottlenecks by tracing complex paths and shipping durable fixes with stronger tests.
• Mentored junior engineers and helped keep upgrades, vulnerability scanning, and tech debt on the roadmap via a roughly 50/50 feature vs non-feature split.
